AC30 Gloss Wood Floor Sealer by CoverSeal

CoverSeal AC30 is a robust, quick-setting, water-based acrylic sealer for wood, tile, and other hard surfaces. Once cured, it forms a durable, clear, glossy surface that shields against stains and offers superior water resistance. Key features include UV resistance, no yellowing, low odor, fast drying, breathability, high water repellency, no water spotting, and ease of cleaning. Suitable for hardwood, plywood, laminate, bamboo, decks, stairs, docks, Saltillo tile, natural stone, concrete, and both interior and exterior surfaces. It dries clear, with a matte or gloss finish, and comes in 5-gallon and 1-gallon containers. Store at 77°F (25°C) or less, protected from freezing. Covers approximately 1200 to 1800 sq. ft. per gallon per coat, with a two-coat recommendation. Application involves thorough mixing, using a T-bar, microfiber applicator, short nap roller, or low-pressure sprayer, with two or more thin coats and tack-free drying between coats. For wood, lightly sand and clean the surface, while for laminate, ensure it's free of wax and oily residue. For concrete, stone, and tile, deep clean and allow to dry for 24 hours before application. Allow new concrete to cure for at least 14 days. Avoid pooling or puddling excess sealer. For wood flooring, use a synthetic bar applicator, maintain a wet edge, and feather out turns. Protect from rain for 12 hours, allow light foot traffic after 2-4 hours, and heavy foot traffic after 12 hours. Test for sealer acceptance and clean up with water or CT-12 Thinner.
